Zucchini cream with Canal de Ciercos Cheese
-300 g. zucchini
- 100 g. potato
-1 garlic clove
-500 cl water
-60 cl liquid cream
-100 g. Canal de Ciercos cheese
-Salt and pepper
We saute garlic and onion (chopped) on a pot. We wash and cut the zucchini up and we add them with the peeled potato. We add water and cook for half an hour left.We grind in a mixer cream and we cook again adding liquid cream, salt and pepper.
We present it in a bol with grated cheese on it.
